- Store your shoes in the box or bag just as you received them, this will ensure minimise damage
- To remove dirt or stains on leather shoes, wipe the shoes with a soft damp cloth
- To remove dirt or stains on suede shoes, wipe with a dry sponge and ensure to use a suede protector spray
- To remove dirt or stains on raffia shoes, wipe very gently with a wet towel
